When will my order be shipped?

Read About will ship orders within 7-10 business days from the time your order is received and completed. While we will strive to ship orders within 10 business days this is not a guarantee. Our products are produced by hand and high volume periods, such as the holiday season may cause a delay. For the 2011 Christmas holiday, the cut off date to order for delivery for Christmas is December 14th.

What are your shipping charges?  

Read About will ship orders USPS Priority Mail for flat shipping rate of $7.00 for purchases up to $50.00 and FREE for purchases over $50.00. Priority Mail shipments include delivery confirmation and tracking number.


What if there is an error in my personalized book or it arrives damaged?

Read About will pay special attention while carefully creating your personalized book; however, if Read About is at fault for any errors, your purchase will be replaced and shipped free of charge or you may receive a refund.

What if I realize that I have submitted incorrect information for my personalized book?

If you realized that you have submitted incorrect information to personalize your book, contact
Read About at cs@readaboutmechildrensbooks.com. If your book has already been completed or shipped, you may purchase a replacement personalized book and you will receive an invoice for payment via e-mail.  The invoice is due upon receipt.  Your order will be cancelled if the invoice is not paid within 7 days of receiving the invoice. Shipping charges will apply. No refunds are provided.

Remember to review your personalized information before adding to cart.

* In any case personalized information includes more characters than what we are able to print in any area in the book, Read About  will make adjustments accordingly.  If shortening the personalized information will change the context, Read About  will contact the purchaser for suggestions.
